Refunds/Deposit/Booking Policy
Deposit Policy
To secure all appointments and event bookings, Favorite Sparked LLC requires a non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit ensures your date and time are reserved exclusively for you and covers preparation, materials, and time blocked for your service.
Standard Appointments
A $25 (based on service) non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward your final purchase at the time of your appointment.
Late Arrivals
We will allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Private Parties & Pop-Ups
A $50-$100 non-refundable (based on event type) is required to reserve. This deposit secures the date, travel, set-up time, and preparation. This deposit will be credited toward a host’s jewelry purchase or event minimum. Some private parties and pop-ups require a sales minimum. If the minimum is not met, the remaining balance may be applied to the host’s purchase.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least a 48 hours’ notice; deposit will be transferred to new date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are considered late cancellations and will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows also result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Jewelry sales are final due to their custom-fit and welded nature. Exchanges are not possible after welding.
Safety & Jewelry Warranty
Favorite Sparked uses high-quality materials and professional welding methods. Customers are responsible for informing the technician of any allergies or sensitivities prior to service. If your chain breaks within 30 days, we will reweld it once at no charge. Lost chains are not covered under warranty. Chains that break due to improper care, significant tension, or accidental pulling are not considered defects. Should you need to remove it because of a medical procedure/MRI, just clip at the weld site and contact me before booking.
Reweld
Should you need a reweld due to improper care, significant tension, or accidental pulling there is a $15 charge.
Age Requirements
Clients must be 12+ for bracelets and anklets, and accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 16. Necklaces require clients to be 18+.
Changes to Policy
Favorite Sparked LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Policy under which favorite-sparked.com is offered. The most current version of the Policy will supersede all previous versions. Favorite Sparked LLC encourages you to periodically review the Policy to stay informed of our updates.
